  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been shipped.
     

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before noon (local time) will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates
 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
 

  • The Facility is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

  • If an order is damaged during shipping, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve claims, but we will issue replacements or refunds at our discretion.
     

6. International Shipping
 

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or fees.

  • We do not guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs processing.
     

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
 

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of order placement.

  • If an order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the return policy will apply.
